Social Media Assistant

Remote – Part Time

We are looking for a Remote Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant, preferably with graphic design experience to help our small marketing agency with several of our accounts. The work will begin with 10 hours per week, but as we grow our clientele there will be opportunity to increase to 20+ hours within the next month. The accounts you will be assisting with range from home, fashion and lifestyle brands located in the US.

  • Social Media Planning: Help plan weekly social content for various brands
  • Graphic Design: Create email newsletters and template designs
  • Copywriting: Write out post captions and draft blog posts
  • Assistant Tasks: Helping find new projects, organizing contact lists, marketing research.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for Social and Brand Marketing: Most importantly – have passion for social media. You are interested in reading about the latest trends and engaging / growing online communities!
  • Good Copywriting Ability: Can understand different brand voices and can write from different points of view
  • Design Experience: Do not have to be an expert, but familiarity with programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with a good eye for design

Must have proficient level in both written and spoken English, understanding of U.S slang and no grammatical errors
